He Kansas City Chiefs The tight end will return to television screens in a different capacity as host of Amazon Prime Videos new game show “Are you smarter than a celebrity?“
The 20-episode season premiering Wednesday will feature contestants competing against stars from television, music, sports and the Internet for a $100,000 prize.
The series serves as a reimagining of “Are You Smarter than a Fifth Grader?” program that debuted in 2007 with Jeff Foxworthy as host. On that show, adult contestants were quizzed on topics taught in elementary school in hopes of winning a large cash prize. In 2019, Nickelodeon briefly revived the series hosted by John Cena.
In this version of the game, players must attempt to correctly answer 11 questions derived from the primary school curriculum. If they ever get stuck on a question, they can trick the celebrity’s answer.

When is ‘You’re Smarter Than a Celebrity’ released?
The first three episodes of “Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity” debut on Wednesday, October 16. After the premiere, a new episode will be released every Wednesday.
