Apple launches new 15-inch Macbook Air with M2 processor and 18-hour battery life

At WWDC 2023 today, Apple has taken the opportunity to launch the company’s hardware, and has done so starting with the 15-inch Macbook Aira renewed equipment that arrives with a diagonal greater than 15 inches and that serves as an intermediate step between a 13-inch Macbook Air and the Macbook Pro.

Among its specifications we find what is expected for a Macbook Air, and that is that At the hardware level we have an Apple M2 processor with passive cooling, a Liquid Retina DisplayMagsafe charging port, two Thunderbolt ports, and a high-quality six-speaker sound system.

Apple promises an autonomy of 18 hours, which obviously will vary depending on the use we give to the equipment, either upwards or downwards, while its passive cooling system should ensure completely silent operation, not counting the Macbook Air with any mobile component.

At the high end of the specification, we will also find up to 24GB of unified RAM memory and 2TB of solid storagein addition to being, according to the company, the thinnest 15-inch laptop in the world. Its starting price will be $1,299.
