In addition, starting in January, the platform will feature artists like Beyoncé, Foo Fighters and Bad Bunny in its Artist Spotlight function, with workouts set to music with their albums.

For those people who do or do have as a motivator to improve their physical condition this year, Apple thought of them with two new exercise collections with the name: “6 Weeks to Restart Your Fitness” (6 weeks to reset your exercise) and “Level Up Your Core Training” (improve your core training), with the purpose of returning to the routine.

As for the “time to walk” training, this will have a new season with narrations by artists such as Jamie Lee Curtis or Jason Seagal, while in the “time to run”, users will be able to follow a tour of Barcelona, ​​Los Angeles or Memphis.

And for those who want to improve their sleeping habits, Apple Fitness+ will have a new meditation program with sessions of 5 to 20 minutes to incorporate into their sleeping routine, with the possibility of even falling asleep with relaxing music during these, as well as an initiation program to relax the mind and know how to use meditation for it.
