AOC launches a product series with the V5 monitors, currently having six models that cover from 24 to 32 inches, all of them having in common a USB-C that powers up to 65 W.
Far from being high-performance gaming models like the recently announced LG 49WQ95C-W, the six monitors that AOC is launching together with its V5 series are models that stand out for their minimalist design with reduced frames and a refresh rate somewhat higher than usual. , of 75Hz. Some other characteristics they share are a USB-C with power up to 65W and a 4-port USB 3.2 dock (It is worth remembering the nomenclature followed by manufacturers for USB 3 and later versions).
The rest of the characteristics are individual to each one and, for example, we have IPS panels in all models except the only 32-inch one, which incorporates a VA panel. On the other hand, we will have HD resolution in the AOC 24V5C, 24V5C, 27V5C and 27V5CE models, while in the remaining two, the AOC Q27V5C and Q32V5CE, we will get QHD resolution (hence the Q in front of the model).
They’ll be avalaible from this month of July at the following prices:
- 24V5C: £209.99
- 24V5CE: £189.99
- 27V5C: £229.99
- 27V5CE: £209.99
- Q27V5C: £299.99
- Q32V5CE: £299.99

At the age of 15 I started overclocking my PC to squeeze out every extra FPS I could in games and scratch a few milliseconds in SuperPi, while posting tirelessly about hardware on the Geeknetic forum as a user and reader. Surely they were so tired of continually reading me in the forum that I became part of the writing team, in which I continue to report on the latest technology. Astrophysics and PC gaming are the hobbies that, after hardware, cover most of my free time.
