The new from the monitor manufacturer AOC is a model launched within its AGON gaming family, the AOC AGON AG325QZN/EU. It is a monitor with a 31.5-inch diagonal VA-type panel and a resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 pixels (16:9 format) that offers 240 Hz refresh rate and a 0.5 ms MPRT response time (GTG 1 to 5 ms)
Complies with certification DisplayHDR 400, so we can expect brightness peaks of 400 nits and support for HDR content. In fact, it exceeds some of the requirements of that specification by having 8 local dimming zones with which to control lighting independently.
panel AG325QZN/EU promises a static contrast of 4,000:1 and viewing angles of 178 degrees horizontally and vertically. Another technology supported on this monitor is AMD FreeSync Premium with which to synchronize its Hz to the FPS generated by the graph.
As for video inputs, we have two HDMI 2.0 and two DisplayPort 1.4. They are complemented by a 3.5mm minijack audio output and a 4-port USB-A HUB. Its dimensions are 714.2 mm x (from 480.8 mm to 630.8 mm depending on the height adjustment) x 276.1 mm.
Its price will be around 445 euros.
