From MOBAs, Evercore Heroes sticks with real-time, skill-based, action-based teamplay, while from MMOs it embraces cooperative dungeon-crawling. Once engaged in combat, four teams of four players compete against each other simultaneously in a session-based PvE experience. To achieve victory, players must upgrade their heroes, charge their Evercore, and defeat bosses. Working as a team to find the best setup and strategy is one of the keys to winning and making it difficult for the other teams to battle.
Each of the available heroes has unique characteristics and powers. Today the first eight heroes have been introduced, divided according to the three traditional roles: healing, ranged or melee damage, and those in charge of protecting teammates. Some of these characters can be seen in the trailer played by Hidden Citizens that you have below.
“Our goal has always been to create the game that players truly want, even if that means breaking the mold,” says Travis George, CEO and co-founder of Vela Games. “With Evercore Heroes, we’re building a unique multiplayer experience that brings skill-based cooperative play and competitive play together in a new way. And after more than two years obtaining a magnificent feedback and feedback during early testing, we’re thrilled to finally share the game with the world.”
From October 13 to 16 Evercore Heroes will hold a testing phase and those interested in being part of it can try their luck by registering at the Web or Discord of the game. “If you join the Discord, you will have a better chance of being selected for this weekend’s exclusive playtest,” says Vela Games.
