Borja Negrete presents this space in which Manuel Marín, attached to the director of Vozpópuli, breaks down the results of the European elections both at the national level and in terms of the Union.
We start with the hemicycle of Spain where The PP has turned the situation around to grow nine seats and more than a million votes. For its part, the PSOE only lost one seat, although its important setback comes in the number of voters, since it has lost close to two million voters. “The number of seats will allow the PSOE to say that it has saved the day, when in reality it has lost almost two million votes,” notes Manuel Marín.
Then we see how The Spanish political map has turned around with respect to the 2019 elections and takes on a blue tone againas in the regional elections of May 2023.
Finally, moving to the international scene, the right sweeps through the European Parliament with the different forces dyeing the different shades of blue the hemicycle. “Very important questions are going to be raised, because many of these parties come to Europe with an anti-European flag,” says Marín.
