An accusation of the ‘Koldo case’ requests the statements of Concha Andreu and Ángel Víctor Torres for the purchase of PCR |

The popular accusation of Liberuma person in the ‘Koldo case’, has asked the judge to summon the former president of La Rioja and current general secretary of the PSOE of La Rioja as witnesses, Concha Andreuand the former president of the Canary Islands and current Minister of Territorial Policy, Angel Victor Torresto shed light on the acquisition of PCR tests during the pandemic to the alleged plot that was also carried out with public awards for the purchase of masks.

For this accusation, “the same method used by the alleged criminal organization (…) was applied regarding the sale and acquisition of PCR antigen tests by those responsible for the autonomous communities of the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands and La Rioja.”

Thus, it adheres to the request for a statement from Armengol and the former Health Minister of the Balearic Islands.
