Amy Slaton Shares Update With Photo of Kids After Zoo Arrest

Amy Slaton looks at the positives in her life following her arrest at the zoo over Labor Day weekend.

The 36-year-old reality show personality decided instagram on Wednesday, October 16 at shares a photo of his two childrenGage Deon Halterman, 4, and Glenn Allen Halterman, 2, in matching pajama sets. The mother of two simply captioned the photos: “2024.”

This is the first social media post Slaton, who shares her children with ex-husband Michael Halterman, has made since she was picked up by Crockett County Sheriff’s Department deputies on September 2. At that time, the sheriff’s department posted about the arrest on Facebook.

The publication described the incident as “not just any Labor Day in Crockett County,” and explained: “Officers were asked to respond to the Safari Park, where a visitor was allegedly bitten by a camel. Upon arrival, officers were immediately struck by suspicious odors coming from the guest’s vehicle.”

“The 1,000-Pound Sisters reality show star Amy Slaton Halterman was arrested for unlawful possession of Schedule I, unlawful possession of Schedule VI, and two counts of child endangerment,” the post continued. He also noted that Slaton had been arrested along with Brian Scott Lovvorn, who was in the vehicle with her, and was facing the same charges.

Slaton later confirmed that Lovvorn was her boyfriend, as she could be seen kissing him in a video shared on TikTok on September 30. The sheriff’s department release did not provide more information about the child endangerment charge or confirm whether Slaton’s children had been with her when police arrived.

Slaton’s last Instagram post before the arrest was her sharing a tiktok video to celebrate son Glenn’s second birthday. The video, which featured a Baby Shark cake and matching cupcakes as well as photos of Slaton hugging Glenn, was simply titled “Happy 2nd birthday, baby.”
