It seems that under the kilometric name of AMD Ryzen AI Max+ Pro 395 we will find the most powerful CPU of the vitaminized version of the processors Ryzen AI with integrated GPU and NPU for AI.
This chip has been filtered in Geekbench, revealing that it will have a configuration of no more and no less than 16 Zen 5 cores, along with its GPU AMD Radeon 8060S based on the AMD RDNA 3.5 architecture in its 40 Compute Unit configuration. Although in the leak you can see a base frequency of 3 GHz and a maximum of 4.4 GHz, it is expected that it can reach 5.1 GHz with Boost.
It will have 64 MB of cache, and confirms several of the latest rumors and leaks about this AMD Strix Halo family
The name dispenses with the tagline “7” or “9”, so it seems that the “Max+” range would be a step above the usual nomenclature (which can lead to some confusion).
This processor will be followed by the AMD Ryzen AI Max 390 with 12 Zen 5 cores and the same GPU, at least with the 40 CUs; and another lower-end model, the AMD Ryzen AI MAX 385 with 8 cores and 32 RDNA 3.5 CUs
