Little by little we are discovering new details of the AMD Radeon RX 7000, the next AMD graphics cards that will arrive with the RDNA 3 architecture and that, as we can read in WCCFTech, It has been confirmed that they will arrive with support for version 1.3 of the Vulkan API, the alternative to graphic APIs such as DirectX 12.
In this way, AMD catches up with NVIDIA with this support, well remember, the RTX 40 Series also have support for Vulkan 1.3, being able to be sure that the latest titles will be able to work correctly in either of these two modes.
Likewise, it should be noted that support for Vulkan 1.3 has been certified in both Windows 10 and Ubuntu 64-bit with Linux kernel 5.15, so in principle any distribution based on the same kernel should work correctly.
With this, we add one more thing to the details we know about the AMD Radeon RX 7000, because yesterday we discovered that there will be a model called RX 7900 XTXin addition to confirming that the new 12VHPWR connectors will not be used that NVIDIA installs in all its latest batch graphics cards, so the expectation for November 3 is growing.
