AMD FSR or Fidelity Super Resolution is AMD’s scaling technology which allows game frames to be rendered at a lower resolution to generate a higher quality, rescaled resolution image. In this way, superior performance and more FPS are achieved with little loss of quality.

Different bug fixes have also been introduced, and new examples for developers in the processing of animated textures, sparks and smoke particles. All this is already updated in the source code (available on GitHub) and in the plugins for Unreal Engine.

FSR 2.1 has already reached the Farming Simulator 2022 game first, since its patch 1.7.1 released this week supports this technology. In this game They promise up to 1.4 times more performance.
