When is Amazon Prime Day in Mexico?
This year, the official date to celebrate Prime Day is July 11 and 12, according to the Amazon United States page. However, when entering the version dedicated to Mexico, there is an announcement that says that will last from July 11 to 16.
What discounts will there be on Prime Day?
Prime Day is also characterized by offering discounts on Amazon’s main products, such as Echo devices or the Kindle reading tablet. And promotions for their services like Amazon Music.
Lightning deals are also typical of Prime Day, with discounts launching every 30 minutes. Therefore, consumers must be aware, throughout the day, of the promotions that are being launched.
Within Prime Video, discounts of up to 40% will be offered to buy exclusive titles and subscriptions to premium channels for 25 pesos per month. And on Amazon Music there will be up to four months of free trial.

Prime Day had its first edition on July 15, 2015 as a way to celebrate the twenty years of the platform and that of 2022 was the largest edition, since more than 300 million products were sold around the world.
Amazon data highlights that in this edition customers spent more than 3,000 million dollars, but also had savings of more than 1,700 million dollars, an unprecedented figure for Prime Day.
Among the best-selling categories are Amazon Devices, Consumer Electronics and Home, while the most popular products around the world are the Apple Watch Series 7, diapers and wipes from Pampers or kitchen utensils from Tachael Ray.
