Airbus has awarded Amper the supply of a voice communications system for the Sirtap Program (High Performance Remotely Manned Tactical System), as the company reported this Monday to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).

Amper shares soared 4.61% around 11:00 a.m., following the announcement of the defense, telecommunications and energy solutions company's contract.
The Sirtap Program, designed for advanced surveillance, intelligence and reconnaissance missions in demanding both land and maritime scenarios, will strengthen the tactical capabilities, especially in the field of surveillance and security, of the Spanish Land and Air and Marine Armies. Space.
Specifically, the Amper Group's voice communications system technology will provide the management of Ground/Air and Ground/Ground tactical communications to the aforementioned project. The first pilot flight of the drone is planned to take place in 2025 and it will be fully operational in 2026.
