Now, Microsoft confirmed that the feature of sending friend requests will finally return, although it will not replace the current system. “We’re excited to announce the return of friend requests! You can now easily send, accept, or delete friend requests, making it even easier to connect with others,” reads the official Xbox blog.
The new system will bring back the two-way relationshipswhich means that the other person must accept the friend request.
