A report of Adobe has revealed the potential of emoji in society, which not only convince 57 percent of users as a means to buy a product, but can also make a person successful or unsuccessful in love.
This is one of the conclusions drawn from the report. Emoji Trend Report that Adobe has made and included within its study ‘Future of Creativity’ (the future of creativity) based on US users.
The objective of the study is to demonstrate the relevance of ’emojis’ in digital communication. In this sense, 57 percent of those surveyed see them even with a means of payment to purchase a good or service. The list of products that users would be willing to buy through an ’emoji’ is made up of food, clothing and ‘streaming’ services.
Similarly, 68 percent of those surveyed would be willing to use them to RSVP to an event, and 45 percent to use them to send and receive payments.
A KEY TOOL FOR EXPRESSION AND INCLUSIVITY
The report has also stressed the importance of ’emojis’ to encourage the expression of users and focus on different social issues, such as the inclusiveness of certain groups.
91 percent of those surveyed acknowledge that these icons have allowed them to express themselves more easily. Likewise, 60 percent assure that They have helped him improve his mental health.
On the other hand, 92 percent of those surveyed believe that ’emojis’ make it possible to overcome language barriers and 71 percent see them as an important tool for creating unity, respect and understanding between one person and another.
The ’emojis’ also stand out for their role in promoting social progress. In fact, 75 percent of those surveyed believe that they can help raise awareness about the inclusivity of certain groups. In addition, 83 percent of users find it necessary that continue to strive to represent minorities.
The use of these icons has expanded, with 71 percent of respondents already using them in the workplace. The data supports their decision, and it is that 79 percent of users recognize that they allow you to share ideas quickly, with 62 percent highlighting that they also optimize decision-making and 47 percent indicating that they reduce meetings and calls.
Emoji are also used as the “new language of love. According to the Adobe study, the emoji that best speak of a person when it comes to flirting or during a date are the face that throws a kiss, the face full of kisses and the face with heart-shaped eyes. On the contrary, the shit, the angry face and the eggplant make the user less desirable.
