admits damage to chemical factory in Rostov

The Russian Defense Ministry recognized this Thursday damage to a chemical factory of the southern Rostov region because of a new Ukrainian attack with Western missiles long range.

According to the military report, the attack was carried out on Wednesday with six American ATACMS missiles and four Storm Shadow British, one of whom damaged one of the plant’s buildings.

Defense stated that nine of the ten missiles launched by kyiv were shot down by the country’s anti-aircraft defenses.

Both, promised not to leave kyiv’s new attack unanswered, supported by Western countries.

According to Ukrainian media, the factory attacked in Rostov produced, among other things fuel for Russian missiles used in Ukraine.

Last week, Russia carried out a massive attack against the Ukrainian energy system in response to the launch of six ATACMS missiles against an airfield in southern Russia.

This Wednesday is the fifth attack with ATACMS against Russian territory confirmed by the authorities of this country since mid-November.

kyiv first launched these missiles against targets in Russian territory on November 19, to which Moscow responded two days later by firing the new Oreshnik hypersonic ballistic missile (Avellano) against a Ukrainian military factory.
