The commander of the Tavria Joint Forces Operation, Oleksander Tarnavski, has confirmed that the Ukrainian Army has already received the cluster bombs promised last week by the United States Administration.
Tarnavski, a high-ranking soldier from an area near Melitopol (South), has clarified to that the Armed Forces have not yet made use of such ammunition, although he has acknowledged that they can “radically change” the course of the war.
