The adviser to the Ukrainian Presidency, Andrei Yermak, reported on Tuesday in his Telegram profile that Russian troops have bombed a maternity ward of a hospital in the Kherson region (south), without any casualties.

The attack has also been confirmed by the Minister of Health, Viktor Liashko, who has added on his Facebook profile that a baby was born “a few minutes before” the projectiles destroyed one of the walls of the maternity ward.

Liashko has confirmed that neither the babies nor the hospital staff have been injured. Another mid-morning shelling damaged a company building near a kindergarten, the Ukrinform news agency reported.

The day before, the Russian Army attacked different points in Kherson at least eleven times, as stated by the head of the regional military administration, Yaroslav Yanushevich, and reported by the UNIAN news agency.
