It seems that changes are being made to the inner workings of Twitterand along the way something has stopped working, because Twitter at the moment has stopped working, sometimes throwing an error about the API plan.
We would normally see this message in third-party services where an external payment API must be contracted, so it is possible that they are changing parameters of the internal API of the social network.
The error does not give much information, and it is really an error that is not intended for end users, which is why it can be confusing when we are told about a payment plan, since Twitter users should not pay -for now- to access the social network as has been done up to now.
Curiosity can lead us to visit the website that is indicated to us, because the error code 467 must mean something, but the developer website has also stopped working, so there’s not much we can explain right now. All we can say is that, for now, we have to wait until the Twitter team – or what’s left of it – can put things in order.
