A Qantas company flight successfully landed this Wednesday in Sydney, Australia, after issuing an emergency call after reporting engine problems.
The flight, from Auckland, New Zealand, touched down on Australian soil at 3:30 p.m., about 45 minutes after signaling that there was an emergency.
A spokesman for Sydney airport has indicated that the airport had notified the fire, police and emergency services as a precaution, as reported by the newspaper ‘The Sydney Morning Herald’.
