A 19-year-old Palestinian identified as Yazan Samer Jabari died this Sunday due to gunshot wounds sustained by Israeli soldiers in Kufr Dan, west of the West Bank city of Jenin.
Jabari, originally from the town of Al Yamun, was seriously injured in clashes with Israeli military forces that entered Kufr Dan to demolish the homes of two Palestinians. Two other Palestinians died then.
With the death of Jabari, twelve Palestinians have been killed by Israeli fire so far this year, including three minors. In 2022 there were 224 Palestinians killed in actions of the Israeli Army in the West Bank alone.
