Russia accuses Ukraine of attempting an attack on Moscow with two drones

Two Ukrainian drones have been shot down this Monday over Moscow through electronic deactivation systems without causing any fatalities, the Russian Ministry of Defense has reported.

“On the morning of July 24, an attempt by the Kiev regime to carry out a terrorist attack with two unmanned aerial devices against installations in the territory of Moscow was frustrated. With electronic means of combat the two Ukrainian drones were inhibited and crashed,” Defense said in a statement.

The last attempted attack on Moscow occurred last july 4thwhen Defense claimed to have thwarted a terrorist attack with five drones launched by Ukraine also against the Russian capital.

Two of the most notorious attacks against the Russian capital that did succeed occurred in May and were carried out with drones.
