“Through the General Administration of Large Taxpayers (AGGC), the SAT continues with the actions outlined in the Master Plan 2021 to 2023, encouraging the regularization of taxes and correction of differences for taxpayers in this sector,” the agency reported.
The tax authority explained that in the automotive industry, assembly companies and their supply chain have been identified on which it has exercised a tax presence equivalent to 247 reviews completed in the period, that is, completed audits.
“Additionally, 207 reviews are carried out on taxpayers of said industry, who will continue to be invited to correct their tax situation,” emphasized the SAT
He added that “the control actions of the automotive industry are giving results and the continuous effort shows a firm step in the collection and a level floor in the contribution of all the economic sectors of the country.”
