AI-powered photo editing app Galaxy Enhance-X comes to more Samsung devices

samsung has confirmed that the Galaxy Enhance-X photo editing app has reached more Galaxy devices, with a full version that fixes bugs from the beta and adds new capabilities, such as restoring old photos.

The company released this app in july last year, when he commented that this was capable of removing blur and unwanted reflections, as well as improving sharpness and resolution, dynamic range or clarifying photographs.

Initially, Galaxy Enhance-X it was compatible with Android 10 and European versions, so it could run on Samsung Galaxy S9 Series, Note 9 Series, Galaxy S10 Series, Note 10 Series, S20 Series, Note 20, S21 Series, Galaxy S22 Series and Fold 3 devices .

The company has now announced through its Community that Galaxy Enhance-X has already reached its full version and that, from now on, more users of the Galaxy series will be able to access this service.

Specifically, the application has been extended to the new S23, Fold 4, Flip 4, Fold 3, Fold 2, Flip-5G, Flip-LTE, which will be able to use it whenever use android 13 with customization layer One UI 5.1 or later.

Samusng has commented that the final version of this service “not only corrects several problems detected in the beta version”, but also introduces new capabilities, such as restoring old photos, as well as “an extensive distortion correction” to restore these files.

Some of these new functionalities include the correction of lens distortion for wide-angle photography at close range.
