Player is reunited with his lost Nintendo DS 16 years later
Ryebredrox said his parents bought him a Nintendo DS Lite in 2007, but the taste didn’t last long. The player was just getting to know the console and his catalog when, unfortunately, he lost it due to carelessness.
His whole family thought that someone had stolen the laptop, because the years passed and they never found it. However, the Nintendo DS was always very close to them. Ryebredrox found her 16 years later in a place he never imagined.
For a few years, the family had a sandbox in their backyard, and the console apparently sat there for a day. The fact is that nobody noticed it and it was lost for almost 2 decades in the same place. When making some changes to the house, Ryebredrox found it buried right in that place that the sandbox occupied.
Undoubtedly, the player got a big surprise and was excited to see his beloved console. However, he was surely also disappointed, as it was totally useless. Spending so many years outdoors damaged its components and many of them are insurmountable.
Ryebredrox claimed that some parts of the motherboard completely disintegrated. Despite this, the casing survived and is only full of dirt and dirt. Below you can see an image showing what the Nintendo DS Lite looked like when the player dug it up.
