Liberty Seguros registered a 10.5% increase in premiums for auto, home and other products for the ‘expatriate’ segment during the first half of the year, reaching 42 million euros, as reported today through a press release .
This segment includes foreign residents in Spain who are owners of real estate, tenants or who spend long and alternate seasons in the country.
The insurer indicates that it is one of the groups in which it has a “stronger and more differential” presence in the market, “developed on a commercial model based on technology, products and advice”, and supported by a network of mediators specialized in this group.
The company explains that the good results of the first semester come from both new clients and the renewal of current policies.
