Apple Music debuts Sessions, exclusive live performances that it records with spatial audio

Apple Music has premiered this Friday Sessions (‘Sessions’), live performances by renowned artists that are recorded with spatial audio technology and that the platform accompanies with complementary videos.

Sessions are exclusive live content of Apple’s streaming music platform that give artists the opportunity “to reinvent and recreate” their best-known songs or to cover classics.

These performances are recorded in Apple’s own studios to be offered on the platform with technology from spatial audio. They are also accompanied by complementary videosAs it explains it’s a statement.


The Sessions premiered this Friday with artists such as Carrie Underwood and Tenille Townes, and are available to Apple Music users around the world.
