At least three people have been killed and 15 injured in the southern Ukrainian city of Dnipro after a Russian missile attack hit a factory, local authorities said.
“The rockets have hit an industrial company and the busy street next door. The Russian attack claimed the lives of three people and another 15 were injured,” detailed the military governor of the Dnipropetrovsk province, Valentin Reznichenko, in his Telegram channel.
Of the 15 people injured, two had medium-severity injuries, while the other 13 had serious injuries. As a result of the impact of the missiles, two surrounding cars have been burned, while another ten have been damaged.
Nine crews from the Dnipro Fire Department have been transferred to the scene of the incident, involving 46 rescuers who have managed to extinguish the fire, according to the Ukrainian agency Unian.
Reznichenko has detailed that the Ukrainian Army has shot down four of the six Russian missiles that intended to hit Dnipro and the Dnipropetrovsk region on Friday night.
