In June, the average salary was 534.1 pesos a day, a slight reduction of 0.11% compared to May. With the June data, Mexico has registered 21.88 million workers with social security, of which 86.4% are permanent positions and 13.6% are temporary.
Quintana Roo displaced Tabasco to second place as the entity that created the most formal jobs. Baja California Sur, Nayarit and Tlaxcala continued on the list of entities with the highest creation of plazas.
By sectors of the economy, construction was the one that had the most jobs in June with 9.6%, followed by transportation and communications, which registered an increase of 5.6%.
The trade sector grew 4.6% and business services 3.6%.
