Social protests continue in France. This morning, Gérald Darmanin, Minister of the Interior of France, announced on his Twitter account the death of a firefighter in the Parisian city of Saint-Denis.
The firefighter was 24 years old and he was chief carporal of the Paris Fire Brigade. His death occurred while he was working in the underground parking lot of the Parisian city. The quick action of his colleagues could not prevent the tragedy, Darmanin said.
Shortly before giving the information, his department had communicated the provisional data of the disturbances of the fifth night of protests: 157 arrests and three officers injured.
