At least one person has died and eight others, including a firefighter, have been injured in a shooting in the Croatian city of Sisak, in the center of the country, the local Index portal has reported.
Police sources consulted by Index have reported that a man opened fire in the middle of the street “for reasons that are still unknown” and then fled the scene.
The perpetrator of the shooting is still on the run and the Police have already launched an investigation.
On the other hand, the intervention of the Firefighters has also been required to put out fires caused in three different venues related to the event, which occurred next to a refinery, as explained by the Croatian website.
