HSBC and Bancrea each received fines for 253,470 pesos for internal control deficiencies.
Banco del Bajío failed to comply with the prudential Provisions and received a penalty of 241,800 pesos while Grupo Financiero Actinver was fined 226,470 pesos for not determining the actions it took to correct irregularities or implement corrective measures.
