One person has died and three more have been injured by shots in the Farsta neighborhood of Stockholm, Sweden, according to initial information.
The victims are two 15-year-old boys, a 45-year-old man and a 65-year-old woman, according to the Swedish newspaper ‘Aftonbladet’. Two suspects allegedly responsible for the attack have been arrested after a police chase.
Health personnel have treated several people on the spot and the security forces have deployed an important device in the southern part of the Swedish capital.
The first notice was received by the Police at 6:13 p.m. and then followed by several more notices for a shooting with automatic weapons. The first agents who arrived found two injured people next to the access to a metro station who were being treated by passersby, explained a police spokesman, Towe Hägg.
Two other injured people were located nearby, one of them next to a church and the other on a nearby street. One of the injured died on the spot and the other three have been taken to a hospital, Hägg said.
After an hour of car chase on the E4 highway in the south, the Police have arrested two suspects. About 20 police cars participated in the chase. The two suspects are in their 20s and automatic weapons were found in the vehicle.
