AMD has already introduced, with the exception of new APUs with RDNA 3 graphics, its range of processors for home use for both desktops and laptops in the Ryzen 7000 series. focus on the next generation of processors, which supposedly will receive the name of AMD Ryzen 8000 Seriesand that will have zen cores 5. Of this new generation it seems that data has been leaked of one of these processors on test websites.
If the results are real, they tell us from BenchLeak itself on his Twitter account, we would be facing processors with Zen 5 coressince they have been named as AuthenticAMD Family 26, when the Family 25 corresponds to Zen 3 and Zen 4, referring in this case to a new architecture. The code for this processor has appeared on a couple of websites, with the same ID, and with a 8 core 16 thread configuration. In one of the websites it has even been seen along with an AMD Radeon RX 7900which has also not been announced yet by AMD.
If these entries are real, it seems that someone is testing an engineering sample of a processor with this architecture, fulfilling its recently leaked roadmap that announces this next generation will arrive next year.
