The OSCE denounces the Russian attack on a hospital in Dnipro (Ukraine) in which two people have died

May 27. (EUROPE PRESS) –

The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) has condemned this Friday the attack by Russian forces against a hospital in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro in which two people have died and 31 have been injured, including two children under three and six years of age.

“We denounce the continuous missile attacks against Ukraine, which have intensified in recent weeks,” they explained in the statement, adding that “these missile attacks constitute serious violations of human rights, are contrary to international humanitarian law and they only achieve indiscriminate death and destruction, including of civilians: women, men, boys and girls. Today’s attack on a medical clinic in Dnipro is a particularly heinous act.”

They wanted to show their condemnation “in the strongest terms” of “the senseless violence committed against the civilian population, who continue to be the ones who pay the terrible price of this war.”

For this reason, they have reiterated their call “on the Russian Federation to immediately stop the attacks, stop violating international law and respect the principles and commitments of the OSCE” and have ended by showing their support for the Ukrainian people: “We remain united with Ukraine and remain committed to supporting its people.”
