AMD launches the new Radeon RX 7600, designed for Full HD gaming and priced at 299 euros

Due to orientation and price, it can be interesting if you do not plan to play in ultra-wide or 4K resolutions.

The Radeon RX 7600 is fundamentally designed for Full HD gaming, promising rates of over 100 FPS at maximum detail in the vast majority of competitive games. If we talk about single player experiences, the latest releases move above 60 FPS with all the parameters at maximum, always following the data provided by AMD.

The technical sheet of this new GPU does not hold many surprises for us. It has a total of 32 Compute Units and a clock speed of 2.25 to 2.66 GHz, with a total of 32 MB of Infinity Cache to reduce internal latency and 8 GB of DDR6 memory. The TDP is adequate for mid-range PCs or those with slightly exaggerated power supplies, with a claimed power of 165 W. A little less than a Radeon RX 6650 XT (based on RDNA 2) and far, far below the Radeon’s 315 W RX 7900 XT (although in this case the difference in price and performance is very large).

The first test of performance They are already being released and put the Radeon RX 7600 in a fairly competitive position against the RTX 3060 Ti in Full HD, but not so much when compared to the newer RTX 4060, especially at 1440p.
