Bad news comes to us for all those who were waiting Quantamancy: The Purgatorya game that was being developed by those responsible for AeternoBladesince it has just been confirmed that it has been canceled in all its versions.
As you surely remember, this proposal was being developed by Corecell Technology, who wanted to offer an RPG experience that promised to conquer all fans of the genre.
However, its developers have just announced that the project has been canceled and shared a statement in which they express their feelings and give the reasons why they decided to make this decision:
“We are sorry to inform you that we have decided to cancel the development of our game, Quantamancy: The Purgatory due to unforeseen circumstances. The journey of creating the game has been an exciting endeavor born from the friendship between the CEO and the director. Unfortunately, after 2 years of development, we find ourselves in conflict over the creative direction. To preserve our friendship, we have decided to go our separate ways. The director will retain all rights and will continue to work on this project in line with his own vision,” the statement reads.

As you could see, everything indicates that there was a conflict between those responsible for the game, so they decided to stop everything and move on, something that will surely disappoint many gamers.

It is worth mentioning that Quantamancy: The Purgatory It was planned to release on PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC, via Steam, but it’s not known if it will be seen in the future.
