The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom pay tribute to Iwata
Despite being president of Nintendo, Iwata was consulted by the development team, so as a tribute he appeared in the game in 2 ways and one of them was through a mythical beast called Satori.
Well, the development team did not miss the opportunity to bring back the tribute to Iwata from a new story through this character, who can be found again on Satori Mountain.
However, this time Satori presents itself in a different way and even offers a reward for dedicated players.
To make it appear, players must make fruit offerings under the trees on the mountain and it will appear along with other legendary creatures. In addition, Satori will mark certain points on the map, where Blupees, Bubbulfrogs and other secrets will appear, as reported. IGN.
In case you missed it: next Zelda they will be like Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom?
The most striking thing is that these creatures will drop the necessary resources for Link to get a very special set of armor inspired by Satori, made up of the Mystic Robe, the Mystic Pants and the Mystic Headpiece.

“When he passed away, there were moments when an idea occurred to us and we were excited to tell Iwata. Then we remembered that he was no longer here,” said director Hidemaro Fujibayashi, after the premiere of the first installment (via The New Yorker). “Miyamoto told me that the same thing happened to him. (…) The sadness is deep. This becomes spiritual, but we had the feeling that he was watching our work. That became a source of motivation, an impulse to do better and to be better”.
