The Brownsville Police Department, in the state of Texas, USA, released on Tuesday a list with the names of the eight migrants who died, after a man ran over a group of people at a city bus stop.
Within the list, prepared between the police and the Venezuelan consulate in Mexico, there are seven Venezuelans and one Colombian. The list also counts a total of eleven injured. George Alvarez, a man with a criminal record, has been charged with manslaughterafter hitting a crowd, while driving his truck, apparently while intoxicated.
The incident occurred on Sunday, May 7, near the Obispo Enrique San Pedro Ozanam Center, a shelter for the homeless in the city of Brownsville, frequented by migrants seeking shelter while waiting to cross the border into the United States.

7. Brayan García (Colombian) (24 years old).
8. Luis Jeffrey Matute Vásquez (31 years old).
Wounded:
1. Manuel Rafael Chacón Martínez (42 years old).
2. Raúl Antonio Ramos Vivas (28 years old).
3. Gabriel José Gallardo Contreras (26 years old).
4. Juan José Quiroz Subero (40 years old).
5. José Luis Durán González (29 years old).
