May 4. (EUROPE PRESS) –
At least seven teachers have died this Thursday after being shot inside an institute located in the province of Jíber Pajtunjua, near the border with Afghanistan, without the motive of the attackers being clear for the moment.
The Police have indicated that the attackers have broken into an institute in Alto Kurram and have opened fire on the teachers in a room in the center, as reported by the Pakistani television network Geo TV.
The event took place hours after another teacher was shot to death while driving in his vehicle in the same area, while six soldiers have died in clashes with alleged members of the armed group Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) –known as the Pakistani Taliban–also in Khiber Pakhtunjua.
