Meta’s messaging app, WhatsApp, follows working to add new features who first tries on their BETA versions. We recently learned that it will allow Automatically share WhatsApp statuses on Facebook and now from WABtainfo we see that he also wants to add another new feature, this time related to GIFs that so many users use. WhatsApp now wants you GIFs play automatically when we are in a conversation and receive one.
This is something that until now we had to play us manually, having to click on the GIF to see it. They will also play automatically if when entering a conversation there is one of these GIFs. This feature is established in its main rival, Telegram, for quite some time now, you can even choose whether to play them automatically or manually (even change it based on your battery level). One option so basic that we do not know the reason why it has taken so long to be introduced in WhatsApp.
this option is available only for some users of the BETA version for Android 2.23.10.2, which will be added to more users in the coming days. An option that without a doubt we hope it reaches the final version of the application so that all users can enjoy it.
