It is about strengthening the capacities and skills of leadership teams of the school system, that is, professionals who work in Local Education Services and Municipal Development Corporations, Municipal Education Departments, among other organizations that support educational establishments, which carry out a work of accompaniment and technical-pedagogical advice to the management teams of schools and high schools.
By virtue of this, the Center for Leadership for Network Improvement +Community, made up of the University of Concepción, University of Atacama, Universidad Austral, Fundación Chile and Fundación Educacional Seminarium, set out to strengthen the leadership of these professionals through the diplomat “Change Management and Leadership for Systemic Improvement”, which will be carried out 100% online and free of charge.
