The gamers of the franchise FIFA will have to move to other alternatives because Electronic Arts and FIFA will no longer work together on the popular soccer simulator. This was announced in an official statement in mid-2022.
“Next year, EA SPORTS FC will become the future of EA SPORTS soccer. Together with our more than 300 license partners across the sport, we stand ready to take global soccer experiences to new heights, on behalf of all soccer fans around the world.” detailed in the statement.
EA Sports FC will be FIFA 24
After several months of silence, the developer company shared the official logo and revealed to the clubs and leagues that will be licensed. The official name of the game will be EA Sports FC and would replace FIFA 24.
“EA SPORTS FC™ is the next chapter in The World’s Game. We are looking forward to showing you the future of football. Sign up below to be one of the first to join the club in July”, is read on the official portal of the title and they share a registration link.
If you were worried about licenses, then EA makes it clear: there is a long list of licensed equipment. The Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Women’s Champions League, LaLiga Santander, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, Serie A, CONMEBOL Libertadores, Barclays Women’s Super League and NWSL are already part of the development of the game.
