Nintendo has some allies and one of them is DeNA, which has been key in bringing its franchises to mobile. Both companies had made clear their intentions to continue working together to strengthen their ties and today they have just announced the launch of their new company.
After 7 years of working together, DeNA and Nintendo announced a few months ago that they would run a new company together, Nintendo Systems. There is no date that does not arrive or deadline that is not met and today the company was finally founded.
Nintendo and DeNA officially launched Nintendo Systems on April 3, 2023. This is a company in which Nintendo would be the primary owner (80%), with the remainder (20%) owned by DeNA.

What will be the role of Nintendo Systems?
To celebrate the founding, the company launched its cool website, detailing that it will focus on planning, developing and operating new services, specializing in “the digital side of Nintendo’s business.”
According to the details, the company started from a team of engineers from Nintendo and DeNA. The CEO and President of the company is Tetsuya Sasaki. Shinya Takahashi, Yusuke Beppu, Kenji Yamamoto, Kotaro Fukawa, Keigo Watanabe and Kenta Sugawara will serve as directors while Takeshi Masuda will serve as corporate auditor.
“Nintendo Systems will build on the trusted relationship between Nintendo and DeNA, which has been cultivated through a partnership of more than seven years, and will use Nintendo’s originality and DeNA’s technological know-how as the driving force to create new innovations for the world”, reads the official site.

Where is the company Nintendo Systems located?
The company Nintendo Systems is located in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan. Precisely in the Shibuya Scramble Square complex, and has a capital of $5,000 MJPY.
Additionally, the company reports that it will be recruiting staff, but until June of this year, which is why it invited those interested in graduating to leave their email.
