In fact, Square Enix confirmed that Forspoken is about to receive a new DLC called In Tanta We Trustwhich will be a prequel to the game’s story.
In Tanta We Trust It will be a new chapter of history for Forspoken which will serve as a prequel to the base game. Although it takes place 25 years before Frey Holland’s story in Athia, the protagonist will once again be the heroine of this content.
And how the hell is this going to work? Well, as Square Enix explains, in In Tanta We Frust Frey She will follow a mysterious voice that will guide her to a place from which she is transported to the Rheddig Purge. It is about a legendary battle known to be the one that devastated Athia and led to the story of the base game.

In this adventure, Frey Allan will have new magical powers that will help him in combat, as well as improved parkour abilities that will help him explore the new vertical landscapes. Furthermore, she will not be alone, since she will fight hand in hand with Tanta Cintia. With all this, the heroine of Forspoken he must discover secrets, defeat enemies and save Athia once again.
In Tanta We Trust will be available from May 26, 2023. This downloadable content is part of the Digital Deluxe edition of Forspoken and those who have it will receive early access 3 days before. Those who only have the regular version of the base game will be able to buy In Tanta We Trust separately.
