Xiaomi has wanted to expand the family of affordable phones in the Redmi range not with one, two or three, but with four new phones that range from the lower-middle to intermediate range. For their part, the Redmi Note 12 5G and Redmi Note 12 differ in much more than the inclusion or absence of a modem for next-generation data networks. The base model has a 50 MP camera, 2 MP more than 5G (which doesn’t necessarily imply higher quality), while the processor is a Snapdragon 685 instead of the more recent Snapdragon 4 Gen 1. On the other hand, Xiaomi has taken the opportunity to present a new smartwatch: the Redmi Watch 3.
