Tchia is a sun-drenched sandbox that invites players to climb, slide, swim, and sail in a beautiful open world inspired by New Caledonia, the homeland of Awaceb’s co-founders. When the players start this great adventure, Tchia, the heroine of the game, finds herself in precarious circumstances. Her father is kidnapped by Meavora, the tyrant ruler of the archipelago, and her home is invaded by the Maano, hordes of fearsome enemies who follow the government.

With soul-leaping powers at her disposal, Tchia can take control of almost any object or animal she comes across to give her the advantage in combat and exploration. From flying like a bird to reach mountain peaks and diving into the ocean depths like a dolphin, to setting fire to Meavora’s minions like a lantern, players will turn the environment into the ultimate tool.
Aside from her supernatural abilities, Tchia has a backpack full of other useful treasures, including her slingshot and ukulele. He shoots the Maano from afar or simply throws a coconut from a tree to have it handy with Tchia’s weapon of choice. If you need an extra mystical boost, he plays Tchia’s fully playable ukulele and summons animals, influences weather changes, and more with just a few chords. If there is no need for action or change, you can always play whatever tune comes to mind.
With a home to free from the clutches of an evil ruler, players will have plenty to do in the archipelago of tchia. Explore beaches, oceans, mountaintops and more, discovering trinkets and other collectibles that can be exchanged for fancy (and sometimes humorous) cosmetics. Other magical secrets lie hidden in the island’s caves, waiting to be discovered by keen-eyed adventurers.
