According to Bernardo Sánchez, manager of Marketing and Sustainability at Porvenir, “It is key that learning mechanisms are generated from an early age and we have identified that, through play, children and young people understand and learn what saving is. The game is designed so that, with real life exercises, they can learn how to achieve savings goals”.

The most recent report from the Latin American Federation of Banks (Felaban) indicates that only 24% of Colombians have formal savings. “Taking statistics like these into account, at Porvenir we have focused on bringing financial education to families, schools and rural areas, providing them with tools that allow them to understand the importance of saving, convinced that this is the best way to close social gaps. ”, indicated the manager.
