( Spanish) — An earthquake of magnitude 5.4 shook Colombia this Friday morning, according to reports from the United States Geological Survey (USGS, for its acronym in English).
The seismic focus was located 159 km deep and the epicenter was located 31 kilometers north of Bucaramanga, Santander.
The earthquake was felt in various parts of the country, especially in the Andean zone, including the cities of Bogotá, Medellín and Manizales.
The Colombian Geological Service registered it with magnitude 5.9.
